Sheena brings almost 20 years experience in the banking industry to the management of Burke & Mead. Sheena has steered the firm through 6 years of consistent growth and is the engine that drives the firm ever forward.
Sheena ensures that our practice continues to grow and operate efficiently. Like all true finance geeks she gets very excited by numbers, spreadsheets and reports – but unlike the stereotype, she takes a very personal and hands on approach with the entire team. We think that she is literally one in a million for her ability to bring great warmth and humanity to, well… numbers.
As a mother of three and fierce and passionate player of netball, Sheena knows how to achieve a goal and have fun doing it. This makes her a sought after member of the team and critical to the success of our firm.
With a broad range experience in Customer Service & Client Support roles in both the public and private sector, Venita is a perfect fit in our front of house Team.
Venita will be the first person you speak to if you call or visit our office and you will find her nothing but professional and efficient.
She has a strong focus on improving business practices with a view to enhance client experiences and has a genuine interest in people, making it easy to feel at ease and welcome when you are around her.
In her spare time she enjoys theatre, music and art but her real passion is about time with family and friends.

Lucas has extensive experience in the legal services industry and the team relies on him for everything from transcription and file management to fixing that annoying glitch with their computer.
Lucas is our resident techno-geek and is an excellent researcher and passionate gamer.
