Burke Mead Lawyers are excited to announce Associate Solicitor Ebony Purcell has joined our Family Law Team.

Ebony’s experience in family law encompasses many years advocating for her clients in complex parenting disputes including recovery applications, relocation disputes, and disputes involving significant risk of harm allegations. As an Associate Solicitor Ebony has significant experience in all aspects of property disputes and negotiated settlements, including spousal maintenance, child support agreements and financial agreements.

Ebony has a background in Psychology. She believes it is important to build a professional relationship with each client to understand his or her individual needs; and where children are involved to advocate for the best interests of the child. Ebony provides considered advice about realistic outcomes and clear communication on the legal process. Ebony believes in providing clients with cost effective solutions and where-ever possible to resolve disputes through  mediation and negotiation as an alternatives to Court.
